But two shops entered the fes. they tried to let people know them concept was to eat a parfait insted of Ramen.
The two shops has tried to change the culuture of eating Ramen after drinking.
By then newest eat culuture of parfait after drinking has been happened on Sapporo City.
The culture has been expanded. Sapporo Promotion Association has been established.

The culture of eating parfait instead of Ramen is called SHIME PARFAIT in Japanese.

CafeBar Gyan wants to make a trend of SHIME PARFAIT culture like Sapporo!
